Austin W Pool.jpg

My name is Austin Pool and I am an up and coming 21 year old, country artist from Calico Rock, AR. I recently moved to the Nashville area to work and pursue music full time. I began singing at the age of 15 and have never looked back! I have blessed enough to have  multiple opportunities to perform live throughout Arkansas and the surrounding states. My set is usually around 3 hours and consists of anything from Hank to Conway, Luke Combs to Blake Shelton, and even some originals. When given the opportunity to perform, I come alive and captivate audiences as soon as I take the stage and begin singing. I am the 2016 Arkansas State Fair vocal solo champion as well as advancing to the final 7 of CMTs Country Showdown, and a round 2 call back of NBCs the VOICE. I have played live on the legendary 650 WSM Opry Radio Station, along side Hall of Famer, Bill Cody and the Grand Ole Opry band and was invited back as a guest singer to perform at the Wilson County Fair. I have also been able to sing Open Mic nights at legendary places like Douglas Corner and Commodore. Last October, I was the opening act for Keith Anderson in concert at the 2017 AR State Fair. Most recently, I released his first single “Redneck Fantasy” in April and it has already earned a Josie Music Award nomination for Song of the Year and is getting played on multiple radio stations in Arkansas. In addition to the Song of the Year nomination, I was also nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year and Rising Star. I am Josie Music Awards Country Male Vocalist of the Year as well as an Arkansas Country Music Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee. At my farewell concert held at Calico Rock School District, a video performing my new single on Facebook hit over 5,600 views in just 4 days. A recent trip to Nashville proved to be a huge step forward for me, as I met up with Curb Records writer, Bobby Tomberlin. The first time I met Bobby, he asked me to perform a few songs in his concert. I am looking to break into the music scene in Nashville and prove that I have what it takes to make it in this business. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram, and download my newest releases, Redneck Fantasy, Without You, Followed A Girl, and Plain White Tee.

I recently finished  recording my first EP album of original music. I am working on my writing and continuing to work a day job. I am not going to live with regret. I love the quote, "It's okay if you try and fail. It's not okay if you fail to try". 20 years from now, I can tell my children that I went after my dreams! That's living! God didn't give me this gift and get me this far not to use it. No matter what happens in Nashville, I'm going to live for each opportunity and experience.

Personal Life & Interests

In my personal life, I like to get outside as much as possible! I love to hunt, fish, shoot my bow, camp, play sports, and hang out with my friends. We always have the best time around a campfire with some food and a guitar. We like the simple life! I'm very involved in my church and community events. I am blessed to live in a small town where everyone supports everyone. It's my "Mayberry". When I'm not hanging with my friends, I love to be surrounded by family. They are my biggest supporters and push me to be better every day.
